Return Policy

Free 30 day returns for any of our unburned candles and unused product (ie diffusers, seed pods, oils and the like).
Outside of 30 days may accrue return fees or funds available only as store credit.**
- **Any requested refund at an extension / outside of 30 days for a return/refund is performed at the discretion of Cinder and Wick and not guaranteed.**
Personalized items are a final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Mystery boxes and / or mystery candles are a final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges for alternate product is not permitted.
Refunds will be made in the same form of original payment and may take 1-3 business days for processing.
